RORY WIZBICKI*
Rory is a seasoned corporate/commercial lawyer with 15 years of experience working as a trusted advisor to private and public companies both as in-house counsel and in private practice.
He has spent over a decade as in-house legal counsel providing strategic advice and support to boards, executive teams, senior management and other internal business partners across sales, marketing, technology, merchandising, business development, logistics, finance and human resources.
Rory’s experience includes serving as corporate counsel for a large Canadian food services brand as well as leading the legal function for an emerging omni-channel home improvement company.
Earlier in his career Rory also worked as a commercial litigator representing a wide variety of business owners in contractual negotiations and dispute resolutions at various levels of court and in alternative dispute resolution proceedings.
