We limit the Information provided to these Service Providers to that which is reasonably necessary for them to perform their functions and make commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that all Service Providers acting on our behalf provide a level of protection for the Information comparable to the level of protection that we provide;

By providing the Information to us (including, without limitation, through the submission of Personal Information through a contact form on the Site and/or emailing us Information), you consent to us using the Information for the purposes outlined above.

We do not sell, rent or share your Personal Information with third parties for marketing purposes.

The Site may, from time to time, contain links to third-party sites which are not governed by this Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the content or privacy and security practices and policies of third-party sites or services to which links or access are provided through the Site. We implement appropriate security measures to protect your Personal Information from unauthorized access. We retain your Personal Information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy or as permitted or required by law.    This said, no internet-based site or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.  We cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit or provide to us, and you do so at your own risk.  We also cannot guarantee that such information may not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by breach of any of our physical, technical, or administrative safeguards.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to:

  • request access to the Personal Information we hold about you;

  • request correction or deletion of your Personal Information; and/or

  • opt-out or withdraw your consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your Personal Information where applicable.

We may change this Privacy Policy, in our sole discretion, from time to time according to applicable laws and policies.
